You asked, we answered. Rouge Party Brunch is officially here. Join us for the debut on Saturday, November 8th from 11:30am-5pm as we kick off Summerlin's hottest new monthly day party inside Red Rock Casino for a full day of drinking, eating and dancing -- including DJ sets from some of our favorite local DJs, a brand new brunch menu, a full cocktail and bottle service menu, and a locals open bar from 1-2pm! 

A Menu Worth Waking Up For

We're kicking things off with a brand new brunch menu designed to fuel your Saturday shenanigans. Think elevated classics with a twist, shareable plates perfect for the table, and all the flavors you're craving. Whether you're in the mood for something savory, sweet, or a little bit of both, this menu delivers.

The Soundtrack to Your Saturday

Each Party Brunch will feature a handpicked selection of some of our favorite local DJs who will be taking over the decks with open format and house music sets to keep you vibing from your first bite to your last sip. Kicking off the debut we have local Summerlin favorites Hooper, Shu, and of course the lovely ladies CMILLZ & Sarahtoniin to keep the vibes up all day long.

Bubbles & Bottles

Bottles will be popped. A time will be had. Party Brunch features full bottle service for those looking to kick off their morning right or those simply looking to kickstart the engine back up from the night before.

Locals Open Bar 1-2pm

Calling all locals! Be sure to arrive before 2pm to take advantage of the Open Bar. Much love to our partners Aspen Vodka, Telson Tequila and Telmont Champagne for fueling the send.
